It is considered quite difficult to be featured in MICHELIN GUIDE for
yakiniku-style dining, nevertheless Yakiniku Futago NYC was honored with
such status in 2017.
The restaurantʼs interior was meticulously crafted by designers using
décor, lighting, and ambient music to ensure guests enjoy their culinary
experience with all 5 senses.
Wagyu is directly procured from Japan and menu items include Japanese
Black Wagyu HAMIDERU KALBI and Futago Premium 6 Beef which are also
popular dishes in Japan.
The restaurant is also highly-regarded for its presentation of dishes in a
treasure box on dry ice.
FTG Company USA will continue to challenge ourselves to provide new
menus and services so that we may someday be awarded MICHELIN stars.
