Born in France. Joined Cartier Japan after graduating MIT. Contributed to rebuilding the brand after the collapse of Japanʼs bubble economy. Relocated to Cartier Headquarters in Paris in 2002, where he oversaw worldwide watch marketing and product development. He later relocated to London where he took up a position as CMO for De Beers and Fabergé, then established an agency with offices in London and Philadelphia offering services to clients in the design, marketing, and technology fields. In 2020, he played a role in a food delivery startup as the Operations & Marketing Director. He has also contributed as an advisor to the board of directors for Canadian tech startup, GlüxKind Technologies, and mentors entrepreneur teams in the MIT Sandbox Program. He also holds Bachelor's degrees in software engineering and statistics.

Joined Kihachi and S Co., Ltd. in 1989. After transferring to Sazaby in 1995, participated in a joint venture project to establish Starbucks Coffee Japan. The next year he transferred to Starbucks Coffee Japan and experienced several different divisions before becoming an officer around the same time the company was listed on the stock exchange. After founding Antigravity as chairperson in 2007, Shingo moved to the U.S. He assumed the positions of Executive Vice President & COO at Genji Inc., a U.S. company provided sushi and Japanese cuisine. In 2010, he was appointed President & CEO of Genji Inc. Leveraging his experience in establishing businesses and running companies overseas, Shingo founded JayCorporation after returning to Japan in 2017. In 2018, he empathized with FTG Companyʼs corporate philosophy and global expansion, thus agreeing to contribute to the organization as a part-time director. In 2020, he accepted the role of a full-time officer.

Born on Ishigaki Island, Okinawa. While working in a managerial position for the food and beverage industry, he came to realize the importance of finance and accounting, and made up his mind to become a tax accountant. He then obtained a qualification as a tax accountant while working at an accounting firm.
After joining the Chuo Aoyama PwC Consulting Group (present day Mirai Consulting), Takato steered toward financial due diligence and corporate revitalization. After accumulating knowledge and results, he established Colorz Consulting in 2011. Based on his own life experience, Takato established financial strategies and fund procurement for growing restaurant companies, engaged in M&A and company revitalization activities on a broad scale, and battled relentlessly day in and day out alongside restaurant operators as a financial advisor.

SUSTAINBLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS

FTGʼs Initiatives

SDGs are goals aimed at solving issues such as environmental problems, discrimination, poverty, and human rights on a global scale.
The 17 SDGs have 169 targets. At FTG, we believe that ESG and the 17 SDGs are related to one another, therefore it is important to address them comprehensively. As such, we promote initiatives to address all 17 goals. FTG Companyʼs generation and management of solar energy, promotion of electricity sales business and consulting services related to reducing electricity consumption have been recognized as optimal as goals aimed at SDG 7 by the Japan SDGs Association. Moving forward, we will continue working even harder to support the achievement of this goal.
